- Descongelar el lomo, picarlo e trozos o tiras como para lomo saltado, aderezarlos con ají colorado, sal y pimienta al gusto, reservar.
- Picar la cebolla y el tomate, reservar.
- En una sartén echar aceite, dejar que caliente y ponen la carne aderezada con todo el juguito del tazón donde la aderezaron, mueven para que se vaya saltando la carne por todos los lados, luego agregan la cebolla y tomate, mueven para que se vayan impregnando todos los sabores.
- Liego añaden el ajo molido, el sillao y un chorrito de salsa de pasión, mover bien para que se cocine, cuando esté bien cocido todo (asegúrense que no se seque), apagan el fuego y pasan a las papas.
- En otra sartén ponen aceite, una vez caliente, ponen las papas previamente lavadas, peladas y picadas, freír y ponerlas sobre papel toalla para que absorba el exceso de aceite.
- Y listo, ya pueden emplatar, esta vez lo serví sin arroz pero claro que ustedes se lo pueden servir 😋 Si lo prefieren pueden agregar las papas a la sartén del lomo, no se y servir todo mezclado, es igual de rico 😊
