- En una ollita pondremos un chorro de aceite, vamos a sellar las presas de pollo, por 2 minutos cada lado. Cuando estan doraditas, retiras y reservas.
- En esa misma ollita, haremos un so frito básico, pones la cebolla, raspa el fondo de la olla, seguro se pegó algo del pollito, ahi está todo el sabor, la cebollita tiene que dorar, añade los ajos, 40 segundos, vuelta y vuelta, agrega la mostaza, si quieres ponle tantita cúrcuma, a porta sabor y color, siempre moviendo, trabaja a fuego medio...
- Agrega el vino blanco, un chorrito dejas que el alcohol se desvanezca, ahora regresa a la olla las presas de pollo con todo y su jugo, agrega caldo de pollo ó agua caliente, mueves que se junte todo perfectamente, rectifica el sabor, ponle sal y pimienta si hiciera falta. Tapas la olla y dejas cocinar por 15 a 20 minutos. Depende del tamaño de las presas. Igual despues de los 15 minutos debes de chequear.
- En el interim, ve sancochando las papas y prepara tu arroz. Pasado los 15 minutos revisas, tu pollito ya debe estar casi listo, si está caldoso, usa chuño ó maicena ó harina disuelta en un poquito de agua fría, agregas a la preparación dejas cocinar 1 minuto. Apagas el fuego y emplatas.
- Arroz blanco (si deseas puedes hacer un arrocito, con choclo, zanahoria y alverjitas) opcional, papitas y encima el pollito con la salsa de mostaza. Amiguitas sencillamente Buenisimoooo.💐
