  2. 2 cdtas Romero seco
  3. Al gusto sal
  4. Al gusto orégano
  5. 6 champiñones
  6. 3 lonjas jamón de pavo
  7. 1 limón

  1. Lavar el atún. Lo partí en 2 para facilitar el enrollado.
  2. Sobre papel aluminio, Colocar una lonja de jamón y poner el Atún encima.
  3. Añadir los condimentos y colocar una rodaja de limón encima.
  4. Cerrar el rollo. Usé palitos para que no se abra (coloqué la foto ya cocido para que vean cómo queda el palito). Opcional dejar marinar unos minutos.
  5. Lavar los champiñones y colocarlos en un molde (si no tienen pueden usar una bandeja de hornear). Condimentar los champiñones con sal y orégano.
  6. La lonja de jamón restante cortarla en cuadritos pequeños.
  7. Poner el jamón picado en papel aluminio.
  8. Poner todo sobre la bandeja del horno. Hornear por 20 minutos a 250 grados (calentar previamente el horno).
  9. A los 10 minutos retirar el jamón. Ya debería estar dorado. Ese jamón al quedar crocante lo pondré por encima de los champiñones para variar su textura.
  10. Finalizado los 10 minutos restantes, apagar el horno y remover la bandeja. Listo 💁‍♀️
