  2. 25 ml. leche tibia
  3. 13 grs. levadura fresca
  4. 50 grs. azúcar glass saborizada, en mi recetario

  7. 2 huevos grandes
  8. 3 limones, la piel rallada
  9. Mantequilla
  10. azúcar y semillas de sésamo para pulverizar
  11. 1 huevo batido para barnizar
  12. Aceite para barnizar la placa de horno

  1. Calentar la leche y desmenuzar la levadura, dejarla tapada unos 15 minutos hasta activar. Batir los huevos con la piel rallada de los limones. En un cuenco amplio añadir la harina de trigo, sal al borde, hueco al centro, el azúcar, la mantequilla...
  2. El huevo batido y la levadura activada. Mezclar con cuchara de madera hasta integrar.
  3. Terminar de armar el bollo en la mesa enharinada hasta cuando no se nos pegue en las manos. Enharinar un tazón y reposar el bollo por unas 2 horas hasta doblar volumen, tapado con papel film.
  4. Así lo encontramos. Pasar a la mesa enharinada, desgasificar y cortar 4 partes. 1 parte reservada para los adornos o muerto esquelético. Hacer 3 bollos y colocar en la placa de horno barnizada. Adornar con rulos en forma de cruz y una bolita, que hemos hecho con la masa reservada, como se aprecia en la fotografía. Tapar y dejar leudar 45 minutos más.
  5. Barnizar con huevo batido. Salpicar semillas de sésamo. Precalentar el horno a 200 grados por 15 minutos, hornear a 180 grados por 25 minutos.
  6. Ya fuera del horno, pintar con la mantequilla derretida. Salpicar azúcar, disfruta de este hermoso pan mexicano. Espero corazones😍😍😍😘.
