- Añádelo a la cazuela para que hierva junto con la carne durante unos 40 minutos. (Si tienes olla pronto, con 20 minutos será suficiente y un poco menos de agua, ya que este tipo de olla apenas consume líquido).
- Da unas vueltas y vierte el vino. Deja que el alcohol evapore e incorpóralo a la cazuela cuando hayan transcurrido los 40 minutos junto con un espolvoreo de canela.
- Cuando lleven unos 10 minutos, añade los macarrones.
- Mientras, añade un pelín de aceite a la sartén y rehoga los champiñones, la zanahoria a rodajas y las patatas chascadas y en trozos enharinadas y agrega un poco de perejil y pimienta.
- Deja cocinar todo junto, al menos 20 minutos (cuando las patatas estén blanditas sabrás que está listo el estofado). Sirve caliente.
