  1. Lo primero es poner agua a hervir, agregamos la soya y agregamos 1/2 cuchrardita de sal, cocinamos por 1 minuto a fuego medio, apagamos y dejamos reposar por 5 minutos con la tapa puesta.
  2. Ponemos la soya en un colador y colamos, se lleva la soya al chorro del grifo con agua fría hasta que la soya se sienta fría y presionamos la soya con la ayuda de las manos para sacarle el exceso de agua.
  3. En un recipiente grande y profundo agregamos la soya, jitomate, cilantro, cebolla, chile jalapeño, chile en vinagre, y el vinagre de los chiles y Mezclamos muy bien.
  4. Después se le agrega el jugo de jitomate, la catsup, sal y limones. Mezclamos muy bien hasta incorporar por completo.
  5. Sirve en tostadas o con totopos y un poco de aguacate y picante al gusto que delicia.
