  1. En primer lugar el arroz con anticipación, agregando la misma cantidad de arroz como de agua y unas 5 Cucharadas de sillao,para que salga oscurito, también lo puedes hacer con arroz integral.
  2. Batir los huevos con una pizca de sal y hacer una tortilla. (Reservar).
  3. En el Wok o sartén que vas a utilizar freír el tocino sin aceite(sácale un poco la grasa), hasta que este bien frito, elimina la grasa que quedó. (Reservar).
  4. Agregas al Wok un poquito de Aceite y fríe la cabecita de la cebolla cortada en cuadritos, un poco de pimienta, kyon picadito y luego agregas el Hot Dog y lo fríes todo.
  5. Agregas el arroz, lo mezclas, sigues con el huevo ya cortado en trocitos,el tocino, la cebollita cortada en trocitos,sigue mezclando.
  6. Por último, 3 cucharas de azúcar y un chorrito de Aceite de ajonjoli y mezcla todo y listo. A comeerrr!!!!
