  1. Se prepara en 2 pasos. 1er paso; El Marinado, INGREDIENTES:

  4. 50 gms maizena
  5. 2 cditas paprika
  6. 1 cdta ajo en polvo
  7. 1 cdta comino en polvo
  8. 1 cdita curry en polvo
  9. 1 cdita cebolla en polvo
  10. 1 cdita jengibre en polvo
  11. 1 cdita pimienta negra en polvo
  12. 1 cdita pimienta roja o de cayena en polvo
  13. Cantidad necesaria Agua
  14. Al gusto Sal (yo usé un poquito de sal y un poquito de knorr suiza)
  15. 2do. paso; El Rebozado. INGREDIENTES:
  16. 200 gms harina de trigo
  17. 1 cdita curry
  18. 1 cdita ajo en polvo
  19. 1 cdita comino en polvo
  20. 1 cdita pimienta roja o cayena
  21. 1 pizca sal

Instructions to make to make 🍗POLLO CAMPERO🍗 (Guatemala)

  1. En un bowl grande vamos a mezclar todos los ingredientes para el marinado. Agregamos el agua poco a poquito hasta formar una pasta compacta, que no quede ni muy espesa ni muy aguada.
  2. Metemos el pollo en esa mezcla y revolvemos para que el pollo se impregne muy bien de ésta mezcla.
    Lo tapamos con papel film(plástico) y lo dejamos marinar por 6 horas en el refrigerador. (yo lo dejé todo un día).
  3. Así queda el pollo con la mezcla pastosa.
  4. Transcurrido el tiempo vamos a calentar el aceite en una olla profunda a fuego 🔥 alto. Ya caliente el aceitele bajamos a fuego 🔥 medio. Enseguida vamos a mezclar en otro bowl los ingredientes para el rebozado, pasaremos el pollo por la harina que preparamos.
  5. Inmediatamente freímos el pollo durante 20 o 25 min. a 🔥 medio, depende de tu estufa.
  6. Escurrir el pollo en un colador.
    Servir con lo que prefieras, a mi se me terminaron las papas por eso lo serví con frijol, arroz 🍚 y coleslaw.
