- Hervir la vizcacha entera, junto con 2 tazas de aceite, 2 de vinagre y 1 de agua. Recuerde que la proporción es una de aceite, una de vinagre y media de agua, hasta tapar la vizcacha. También ponemos los condimentos, el laurel y los dientes de ajo.
- Lo dejamos hervir 60 minutos.
- Cortamos los morrones en tiras (no muy finas). Cortar la cebolla en juliana y la zanahoria en rodajas finas.
- Una vez cumplidos los 60 minutos. Agregamos las verduras y dejamos hervir por 30 minutos más. O hasta que las verduras estén cocidas.
- Una vez cumplido los 90 minutos. Sacamos la vizcacha y la cortamos en trozos medios grandes. Y la podemos emplatar junto con las verduras. O podemos poner la prearacion en tarros de vidrio y guardar.
- Si se coloca en tarros de vidrios, se debe completar el tarro con 1 cm aceite para cubrir bien la preparación.
