- Se ponen encima las papas cubriendo toda la carne y encima se agrega el tomate
- Se disuelven las cucharadas de puré de tomate en aproximadamente 3 tazas de agua y se sazona con sal
- Se cubre la carne con el puré de tomate previamente disuelto y sazonado y se deja hervir 10 minutos en la estufa y después se mete 10 min al horno a 180 ° F, se saca ya que se dora un poco el tomate cuidando que no se queme
- Se puede acompañar con arroz blanco y alguna salsa roja picante de su elección
