  2. Luego se agrega el arroz bien lavado (lo enjuague como cinco veces hasta que el agua salió clara) y seco. Revolver muy bien, agregar la sal (yo le agrego también media cdita de ajinomoto) y revolver todo. Añadir el culantro y orégano picados. Tostar sin dorar, hasta que el arroz se sienta suelto y se despeque fácilmente de la cazuela.
  3. Mientras se hace esto, se pone a hervir el agua. Cuando está hirviendo, se agrega el jugo de limón o naranja agria. Y al terminar el paso anterior, se agrega el agua hirviendo al arroz.
  4. Se deja destapado a fuego medio hasta que achique el agua y cuando aún está aguado, se tapa y baja el fuego hasta que suavice el arroz.
  5. Listo! "¡Un qué rico huele mamá!" fue mi recompensa :-)
