  9. Poner sobre un refractario de 9x13 las tortillas fritas, espolvorear con queso fresco y salsa, lo haremos en capas y de un lado la salsa roja y el otro salsa verde, terminamos con queso y cebollino picado, meter al horno a gratinar 5 minutos, por último la crema al gusto.
