- En un sartén sin aceite ponemos la pechuga a cocer, a veces a mi me gusta agregarle una pizca de pimienta y ajo molido pero queda a su elección, una vez cocida la deshebramos y la agregamos a la espinaca, revolvemos bien y listo.
- Ya solo queda acomodar en nuestro tupper y listo para llevar.
